Cancellations

All coffee orders are freshly roasted and we are unable to cancel any coffee orders that have already been ground and packed. However, we will help in whatever way possible to modify or review your order.

Our dispatch team starts processing your order immediately after it is received on the website. If you have recently placed your order, please email us at info@humbrands.com. We may be able to cancel it completely or partially.

Your freshly roasted coffee should reach you within 4-6 working days after dispatch unless there is any unforeseen delay. In case your coffee does not reach you within 10 days, we will dispatch a new coffee or process full refund.

We will not be able take any action before the 10-day period as we work with third-party courier partners and we have limited control once the order is dispatched. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@humbrands.com for any concerns regarding your order.

HUMBrands reserves the right to cancel any transaction that we suspect to be fraudulent or defies our terms & conditions. We reserve the right but are not obligated to maintain a list of customers who conducts either suspicious or fraudulent transactions and may deny future transactions from them.
